Allows you modify Tools effect range and power by edit mod config.

Custom Tool Effect is a Mod for Stardew Valley, it allows you modify Tools effect range and power by edit mod config.

INSTALL
Install the latest version of SMAPI
Download this mod and unzip it into Stardew Valley/Mods.
Run the game using SMAPI.

USAGE
1.Default config:
Modify range of watering can range to 5×5
Modify range of hoe range to 5×5
Modify power of tools to 140% of origin (180% for Iridium one)

2.Modify the config file to create your own preference.

COMPATIBILITY
Test with Stardew Valley 1.4.5 on Windows and 1.4.5.145 on Android.
