Easy Fishing (ported to SMAPI)

To use it first modify the config.json:
EasyFishing%:
25 -> 25% more easy fishing than the vanilla fishing.
50 -> 50% more easy fishing than the vanilla fishing.
75 -> 75% more easy fishing than the vanilla fishing.
